• Payment information: our payment partners tell us whether a payment succeeded, its transaction reference and the payment method type. We never receive your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password.
• Technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit, recorded in server logs for security.

2. Why we use it

• To process, pack, ship and deliver your order and to send order and shipping updates.
• To issue invoices and keep the tax and accounting records the law requires.
• To answer your questions, handle returns and refunds and resolve complaints.
• To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.
• To send festival reminders and offers, only if you subscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can write to us.

We process your data on the basis of your consent when you place an order, send a message or subscribe, and where processing is needed to meet legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing already done or records we must keep by law.

3. Who we share it with

We share only what each party needs: courier partners receive your name, phone number and delivery address; payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU or Cashfree) receive your name, email, phone number and order amount; our hosting and email providers store and send data on our behalf. We disclose data to government authorities only when the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use one essential session cookie to keep checkout secure, and your browser's local storage to remember your cart on your own device. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for eight years, as required by tax laws. Messages and enquiries are kept for up to two years. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

6. How we protect it

The website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to order data is limited to people who need it to fulfil your order, the admin area is password-protected and payment gateway keys are stored encrypted.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct or complete it, to delete it (except records we must keep by law), or to withdraw consent. You can also nominate another person to exercise these rights for you. Write to our grievance officer below; we respond within 30 days.

8. Children

Our website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 without a parent's or guardian's consent.
